The Opportunity

The Product Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in scaling Sequoia’s Product Marketing and Market Insights capabilities at a time of increasing demand from Sales and Growth teams. As prospect engagement deepens and Market Insights program expands, this role provides the analytical and operational backbone needed to improve speed, quality, and win rates. You will sit at the intersection of data, insights, and execution. Through analyzing CRM win/loss trends and sales enablement effectiveness, this role ensures the Product Marketing team can operate with greater precision, consistency, and impact. Based in Mexico City, you’ll enable global collaboration while providing focused support on time-intensive, insight-driven work.

What You Get to Do:

  • Analyze CRM opportunity data to identify win/loss drivers, competitive patterns, and persona-level insights.

  • Conduct sales collateral adherence and adoption analysis to assess utilization, effectiveness, and gaps across the field.

  • Support market insights initiatives by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data related to customer needs, positioning, and competitive intelligence.

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Product Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners.

  • Improve operational efficiency within Product Marketing by standardizing analysis, reporting, and insight-sharing processes.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related analytical role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into trends tactical recommendations.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing tools, and data visualization/reporting.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain insights to marketing leadership.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and comfort operating with limited oversight.

  • English Proficiency.
