Manage incoming payroll tax correspondence, support tax notice resolution, submit documents to agencies, maintain client payroll tax accounts in systems (PrismHR, MasterTax, ADP SmartCompliance, Salesforce), assist with compliance reporting (quarter-/year-end), and perform additional client-service and administrative tasks.
