5+ years as a (technical) Product Owner/Manager in an Agile environment
Agile Scrum certified
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Excellent communication skills and comfortable
B2B/B2C experience with a commercial SaaS platform
Knowledge of microservice based solutions
Experience with software project management tools like Jira/Confluence
As a Product Owner you are responsible for the backlog grooming of the team. You enrich, structure and breakdown high level specs or requirements into epics
and user stories for the development team.
Lead the development sprints and ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap set by the product manager.
Turn customer issues into actionable user stories, prioritize the user stories, and arrange user stories in the product backlog.
Ensure that the product strategy and vision is effectively communicated with the development team so that it’s clear what to work on next and why it’s important.
Support the product manager in updating and maintaining internal and external documentation of deliverables.
Collaborate with QA on acceptance testing processes and defining acceptance criteria.
Provides feedback on the validated roadmap and collaborates with the product manager to ensure the most important issues are prioritized.
Identify and monitor team performance KPIs in order to help the team stay focussed on the priorities and the direction.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master to identify operational needs, problems and opportunities and contribute to the improvement of existing processes and
organizations.
Communicate and collaborate with other Product Owners across the platform.
