About Linero
Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones.
Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.
We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI.
The Role
As a Product Manager at Linero, you will be a key driver of product execution on one of the most technically complex and operationally expansive platforms being built today. You will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to shape roadmap, priorities, and execution across an AI-native product with significant scope.
Our product spans almost every aspect of enterprise operations across a broad range of industries and geographies. You will learn new domains quickly, engage with customers across the globe, synthesize varied and often competing needs, and work alongside technical experts to solve some of the hardest security and operational problems in enterprise software today.
We operate in environments where speed cannot come at the expense of precision. We are deploying rapidly while shaping workflows tied to highly sensitive technologies, regulated operations, and critical business functions. This role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and a high degree of ownership.
What You'll Own
Drive the product roadmap across key areas of Linero's platform, translating product vision into clear, prioritized execution plans
Translate complex, nuanced customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
Work directly with engineering to define technical requirements, sequence priorities, and make hard tradeoff decisions
Conduct deep customer discovery across a diverse set of enterprise personas: engineers, product, legal, compliance, HR, InfoSec, procurement, supply chain, executives, and more
Define and track product metrics that matter
Be the voice of the customer inside the engineering team, and the voice of engineering reality inside customer conversations
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, with at least some of that at an early-stage company or in a high-ownership environment
Technical enough to earn the respect of a senior engineering team; you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking for
Experience working on complex, workflow-heavy enterprise products with multiple user personas
Exceptional ability to synthesize ambiguity into clarity; you can take a messy customer conversation and turn it into a crisp problem statement
Strong written and verbal communication; your specs are precise, your stakeholder updates are trusted, your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned
Fluency with AI-powered product tools; you leverage AI to accelerate prototyping, spec writing, customer research synthesis, and roadmap analysis
Experience in national security, defense, legal, or highly technical enterprise domains is a strong plus
A bias for action; you move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and course correct quickly
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
What We Offer
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Early equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectory
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision
A high-ownership, high-autonomy environment where your work has direct and visible impact
A leading role in one of the most consequential technology buildouts of our time

This role requires access to export-controlled information. Applicants must be U.S. persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) as defined under applicable U.S. law.
Start date is immediate, with flexibility for the right candidate. If you are not based in New York, we can accommodate remote work for an initial period and offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
