 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[About the role]
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the product vision and roadmap for two exciting cricket gaming titles Cricket All Stars and Stumps. You'll be the connective tissue between development, marketing, QA, and publishing teams, driving features from concept through to live operations. If you have a passion for mobile gaming, a sharp analytical mind, and ideally a love for cricket, this role is for you.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Product Roadmap & Strategy — Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap for both Cricket All Stars and the Stumps title, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.
  • Game Development Support — Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones across both titles.
  • Cross-functional Coordination — Act as the primary point of contact between development, marketing, QA, and publishing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication across all workstreams.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis — Continuously monitor the cricket gaming landscape, analyze competitor titles, and translate insights into actionable product improvements and feature recommendations.
  • User Research & Feedback — Gather and analyze player feedback, in-game data, and user research to identify pain points and opportunities, feeding these insights back into the product development cycle.
  • KPI Ownership & Reporting — Define and track key product metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, and monetization, and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Monetization Strategy — Support the design and optimization of monetization features including in-app purchases, seasonal content, and live ops events in collaboration with the publishing team.
  • Go-to-Market Support — Collaborate with the marketing team to define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for both titles.

[Required Experience]

  • Strong understanding of mobile game development lifecycles, from pre-production through to live operations.
  • Proven ability to define and manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable product decisions.
  • Solid understanding of mobile gaming KPIs including DAU, MAU, retention, LTV, and monetization metrics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across development, marketing, QA, and publishing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player behavior, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Passion for gaming, with a strong understanding of the cricket sports genre being a significant advantage.

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Prior experience managing sports or cricket-themed gaming titles is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on games from early development stages through to global launch.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple products simultaneously.
  • Experience with live ops management and seasonal content planning.
  • Familiarity with monetization strategies specific to mobile gaming, including in-app purchases and battle pass systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Prior experience working within a publishing environment is an added advantage.
