About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and customer support. This role involves managing the product vision, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and working to build Hygro into a high-revenue product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the product vision and execution.
• Connect with the co-founders to align on the roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Manage and guide the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and developers to bring the product vision to life.
• Identify customer pain points and provide strategic input to the sales and marketing team.
• Drive initiatives to position Hygro as a high-revenue product.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of customer support and product lifecycle.
