Role Summary

The Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our compliance content: turning official compliance documentation into machine-readable standards and frameworks, and ensuring we can reliably detect and remediate benchmark deviations across operating systems and managed environments. This role spans research, content creation, and coordination, combining deep familiarity with compliance auditing and system administration with the use of AI to accelerate research, conversion, and automation.

The Product Manager works closely with Development and QA to ensure that compliance standards, benchmark deviation detection, and remediations are created, validated, and kept current on a regular cadence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret official compliance documentation and translate it into accurate, machine-readable formats.
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy and version control as source standards and frameworks evolve.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate research, document conversion, and automation of standards content. 
  • Research how to detect benchmark deviations and define the corresponding remediation steps. 
  • Develop and update benchmark deviation detection logic and remediations on a regular cadence. 
  • Coordinate with Development and QA to ensure detections and remediations are built, tested, and released reliably. 
  • Validate remediations across supported platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS) and managed environments
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to navigate and interpret dense technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Background or familiarity with compliance standards and the implementation of compliance auditing.
  • Background in system administration across Windows, Linux, and macOS, including Azure, Intune, Group Policy, and MDM.
  • Proficiency using AI tools for research, content conversion, and automation.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across Development and QA to deliver and maintain technical content on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Network administration background.
