As a Product Manager at E.ON Next (12-month FTC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping thoughtful, intelligent products that blend AI and non-AI capabilities to serve a growing and diverse customer base. You’ll bring curiosity, empathy and creativity to solving complex problems, working closely with technology and design to craft solutions that feel intuitive, responsible and impactful.
You’ll own the full product journey, from discovery through to delivery, while championing the use of AI where it adds meaningful value. With a strong understanding of user needs and emerging technologies, you’ll guide the development of adaptive, data-driven products and agents that continuously learn and evolve, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive product culture.

  • Developing a deep, empathetic understanding of your users, their behaviours and the wider market landscape

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, across both AI and non-AI products

  • Shaping intelligent, adaptive products and agents that respond thoughtfully to user context and evolve through data

  • Using data and insights to inform decisions, continuously refining product performance and customer experience

  • Championing your product vision with clarity and passion, bringing stakeholders on a shared journey

  • Embracing experimentation and iteration, validating ideas through testing (including live or simulated models) to ensure meaningful outcomes

  • Actively contributing to the Product Community, sharing knowledge and supporting collective growth in product and AI practices
