  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML/AS2) and their application within supply chain and distribution workflows.
  • Lead structured customer discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and inform prioritization decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key enterprise accounts, acting as a strategic partner who deeply understands their business processes and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance to synthesize diverse inputs and maintain a single, coherent product perspective.
  • Own and maintain a prioritized, outcome-oriented product roadmap in alignment with customer needs, strategic objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Work closely with Development teams throughout the product lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Effectively translate requirements to development specs that give a clear picture of the “forest through the trees” and enable the engineering team to build with confidence.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on release planning, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Make informed trade-off decisions and communicate prioritization rationale transparently to all stakeholders.
  • Define and own the KPIs and success metrics for the platform, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact indicators.
  • Deliver regular product performance reporting to leadership and key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Share knowledge and best practices in Product Management to the rest of the product team, helping to develop the overall talent at LBMX.

What You Bring:

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience leading Agile development teams, with strong command of Scrum and / or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience working with or managing EDI integration products, platforms, or services (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP-based workflows) is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience managing products in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or EDI-adjacent domains is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or a pertinent degree in a related field.
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture while maintaining the discipline to execute at the detail level.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure and clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with both Product and Project Management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau) considered a plus.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $105,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
