About The Role:

This is a hands-on Product Manager role focused on product execution, feature development, cross-functional coordination, and delivery operations.

You will work closely with engineering, UI/UX design, customer support, solutions engineering, and company leadership to help define, coordinate, and deliver product capabilities across the PowerAI platform.

This role is best suited for someone with approximately 4–7 years of SaaS product management experience who enjoys solving operational and workflow challenges, collaborating closely with technical teams, and helping growing organizations mature their product development practices.

This is not a Product Lead, Head of Product, or Product Strategy role. Company-level product vision, roadmap direction, and strategic prioritization are led by executive leadership. Instead, this role is responsible for translating strategic direction, customer feedback, and operational requirements into:

  • clear product requirements and workflows,
  • coordinated cross-functional execution,
  • structured release and delivery processes,
  • and high-quality product outcomes for customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, technically curious, and comfortable influencing teams without direct authority.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative, engineering-led environment and helping improve cross-functional alignment, delivery consistency, and product development structure over time.

Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow platforms, infrastructure software, or operational SaaS products is strongly preferred.

This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment. The right candidate enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, improving processes over time, and collaborating closely with both technical and customer-facing teams to advance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs, business priorities, and leadership direction into actionable product requirements
  • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release documentation
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with leadership and engineering
  • Coordinate feature development through planning, sprint execution, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation
  • Help drive clarity when requirements, priorities, or scope are ambiguous
  • Partner closely with the engineer, UI/UX design, customer support, and solutions engineering team
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming release reviews, and product discussions
  • Help ensure product releases align with intended customer workflows and business objectives
  • Collaborate with UI/UX design on feature workflows, user experience, and interaction patterns
  • Contribute to feature-level solution design, edge-case analysis, and usability improvements
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams and support tickets and product usage
  • Help improve product development processes, release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the development of scalable product management practices as the organization scales
  • Contribute to release readiness, launch checklists, QA coordination, and phase-gate processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or similar product-focused roles
  • Experience shipping software products in close partnership with engineering teams
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a growing and evolving environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AI-enabled products, machine learning platforms, or data-driven SaaS applications
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum-based development teams
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical concepts
  • Experience in utility, infrastructure, industrial, or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with product analytics, feature adoption metrics, and release management processes
