Product Manager

The role

This isn't a traditional PM role. You won't be writing PRDs and waiting for engineering to ship them. You'll be prototyping the answer yourself, validating ideas with modern AI tools, and shipping working examples to sandbox environments before a spec is ever written.

You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for REVIEWS.io — a critical product in the Clearer portfolio. And you'll have a real hand in shaping how the rest of the product org works as we figure out what product management should look like when agents are part of the team.

What you'll own

Product Strategy & Roadmap — Own REVIEWS.io's product strategy, roadmap, and commercial/monetisation model. Prioritise across the portfolio (quick wins vs. long-term bets), and set and act on KPIs that matter — adoption, retention, revenue contribution.

Discovery & Validation — Build merchant relationships to surface real needs. Run continuous discovery and experimentation, prototyping with AI tools and shipping to sandbox to validate hypotheses against real merchant scenarios before committing engineering.

Cross-Functional Execution — Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and CS to align product with merchant needs. Represent REVIEWS.io internally and externally as a thought leader on how Clearer apps drive merchant growth.

Shaping How We Work — Help define product management at Clearer in the AI era: tooling, shipping, the PM/engineering line, and how agents fit the team.

What we're looking for

4+ years of product management experience. 

Proven success in B2B SaaS — ideally in ecommerce enablement or growth tools — with a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. 

Strong product vision and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. 

A track record of driving measurable outcomes for merchants and the business — revenue growth, retention, upsell. 

Experience managing a portfolio of products across different growth stages and business models. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management — comfortable influencing across every level. 

Familiarity with subscription revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth. 

A genuine passion for customer experience and data-driven product development.

The way you work

Comfort with modern AI builder tools — Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0 — and a habit of using them to prototype ideas. 

You'd rather show a working sandbox than ship a slide. 

Started to orchestrate AI agents as part of how you work — sound instincts on what to delegate, what to verify, and what to hold and integrate yourself. 

Strong product taste- When AI makes every output sound competent, you can tell whether something is actually right — and you're comfortable being the filter. 

High agency and a bias to ship. You operate well without heavy processes and prefer small, accountable teams over committee-driven decisions.

You'll own a meaningful slice of REVIEWS.io, ship things directly, and help shape how the rest of the team operates as we figure out what product management should look like when agents are part of the team.
