Who are you?
You are a data-driven junior product manager with 1–2 years of experience, inspired by the opportunity to build products that create real impact. You embrace AI as a core part of how you work - actively experimenting with the latest developments, whether that's prototyping ideas in Claude, building apps in Base44, or finding new ways to supercharge your own productivity with the tools emerging every week.
You're naturally curious and thrive in fast-moving environments. You're comfortable diving into data to back your decisions and bring a fresh, innovative perspective to everything you build.

You bring structure and clarity to everything you do, writing requirements that leave no room for ambiguity and delivering with a reliability your team can count on.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Get to know our customers deeply - digging into their needs, pain points, and motivations to truly understand what makes them tick.
- Play an active role in shaping product features and internal AI workflows that are transforming how our product team works alongside R&D and Design.
- Harness qualitative and quantitative data to continuously optimize product experiences, driving meaningful improvements in customer engagement and retention.
- Help craft a product roadmap that strikes the perfect balance between customer needs and business goals - and actually moves the needle.
- Be a key player in a high-energy, cross-functional team, taking real ownership in bringing the roadmap to life.
Ideally, we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience delivering world-class customer-facing products in a product management role
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered product solutions
- Demonstrated success managing an end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap to release
- Customer-focused, with a track record of delivering experiences users love
- Comfortable with analytics tools and confident using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and communicate insights clearly
- An effective collaborator who can align and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with US customers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Curious, self-driven, and a lifelong learner - with sharp attention to detail, a critical mind, and a good sense of humor
