This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver successful products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Define and analyse metrics to inform product success.
- Act as a leader within the team and the primary point of contact for the product.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A master's degree is an added advantage
- Proven experience (5-7years) as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical background with experience in software development.
- Certification in Product Management.
