Purpose Statement

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the success of our products.  As a Product Manager, you'll drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, trends, and business goals. You'll translate ideas into solutions that create user value and company growth. Your mission involves defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and guiding development from concept to launch. By analyzing market data and user feedback, you'll shape standout products that resonate with our audience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll inspire development, design, and marketing efforts, fostering innovation and customer-centricity to deliver exceptional products that exceed expectations and maintain competitiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives to internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD).

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize features and align efforts.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product improvements and features.

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.

  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Define and track key performance metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centered design and exceptional user experiences.

  • Manage product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

  • Gather and analyze feedback post-launch, iterating on products to enhance their value and performance.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align product strategies with overall company goals.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer engineering or related field; advanced degree or certification is advantageous.

  • Minimum 3years proven track record in product management or related roles.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.

  • Strong leadership skills for cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.

  • Customer-centric approach to product development.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
