We are seeking an inquisitive, data-focused, and results-oriented Product Management Intern to join our Technology department. This opportunity offers a unique platform to engage with all phases of the product lifecycle, from identifying user challenges to crafting and testing viable solutions. Responsibilities

- Evaluate product performance metrics, user feedback, and usage statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deconstruct complex product challenges, assess potential solutions, and actively participate in prioritization efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution during the development cycle.
- Monitor project schedules, flagging risks, dependencies, and obstacles to sustain project momentum.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, status reports, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product quality by validating new features against specifications, reporting defects, and providing constructive feedback before launch.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support product discovery and long-term strategic planning.
Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for technology, design, business strategy, and the creation of digital products.
- Foundational knowledge of product management methodologies, including user research, requirement gathering, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of core product concepts such as user stories, minimum viable products (MVPs), key performance indicators, and the full development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and logically in both written and verbal formats.
- A robust analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing logical conclusions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and break down issues into manageable parts.
- Keen attention to detail paired with a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Basic grasp of user experience (UX) principles and customer research techniques.
- Familiarity with collaboration and product management tools (e.g., Notion, Figma, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, GitHub, or Google Sheets).
