XTEND is looking for a Product Manager, to support the company's intensive growth, own and mature product lines, incubate and grow new product initiatives, and support the Product department all around efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Building product requirements based on company strategy, product roadmap and customers feedback, needs, and requests
- Translating product requirements to user stories, supporting the R&D effort to plan, design and execute the SCRUM sprints
- Experience working in agile development cycles
- Representing Product department in inter-company discussions and decision-making processes
- Closely interacting with customers and design partners, sharing company knowledge outwards and generating insights inwards
- Creating in depth, clear bottom-line analysis regarding various areas of interest for Product department, such as competitive landscape, feature maps and more
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product professional
- Top presenting skills in English and Hebrew of complex technical product features to both engineers and customers
- Proven strong engineering orientation
- Incredible interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to initiate, drive and lead processes from ideation to execution
- Detail and process oriented
- An independent thinker who can challenge peers and managers
