Product Manager
Kurtosys builds digital and reporting platforms used by global asset and wealth managers to communicate performance, risk, and investment information. We operate in a high-trust, data-intensive environment where accuracy, scale, and clarity matter.
Our product function is evolving. We are focused on stronger ownership, clearer thinking, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role is an opportunity to operate as a Product Manager in that environment.
The role:
The Product Manager will work across multiple product domains, owning problem spaces end-to-end.
This means identifying opportunities, shaping what should be built, and ensuring that what is delivered is adopted, used, and valuable in practice.
Make use of inputs from clients, data, and across the business to inform decisions and influence product direction.
What you’ll do:
- Define product problems by identifying opportunities through client insight, product usage, and internal signals.
- Shape product direction by deciding what should be built and prioritising work based on value and impact.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to develop solutions that are clear, usable, and high quality.
- Take responsibility for outcomes by ensuring what is built is adopted and delivers real value.
- Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve product capabilities.
- Engage across the business to gather context and shape better decisions.

What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Product Management, with ownership of product decisions and outcomes.
- Experience taking product work from problem definition through to real-world impact.
- Strong structured thinking and the ability to work across complex systems.
- Confidence working closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions.
- Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or data-heavy environments.
- Exposure to data analysis or SQL.
