The product manager is responsible for features and functions on new or legacy products and services. They are a key contributor to the planning process and drive execution in partnership with their engineering teams. The PM works closely with design, engineering, marketing, and various cross-functional teams to bring our products and their key features to life- often serving as the customer voice, defining requirements, and prioritizing trade-offs with a scrum team. The PM will flex between key aspects of the role from strategic thinking, customer discovery and needs assessment, to tactical execution and may spend more or less time in each of those areas depending on where their product is in its lifecycle. This role requires someone to be highly analytical and have a keen customer obsession while balancing trade-offs and competing needs. They must be prepared to create or provide significant contributions to a compelling product roadmap using insights and data to drive decision making, while also able to write clear and concise product requirements that fully capture the vision of their products while considering end-to-end customer experience.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a digital Product Manager, you will be:

  • Responsible for driving features and functions on new or legacy products and services.
  • A key contributor to the planning process and drives execution with engineering teams.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and various cross-functional teams to bring products and key features to market.
  • Develops, maintains, and prioritizes a product backlog.
  • Leads scrum team priorities and unblocks impediments.
  • Delivers roadmap commitments by bringing features to market.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • 3 years product management experience.
  • Ability to apply product discovery methods to create roadmap ideas and validate assumptions.
  • Ability to write clear and concise product requirements that fully capture the product vision while considering end-to-end customer experience.
  • Analytical with ability to review data and derive insights that inform the product roadmap.
  • Experience developing and prioritizing a product backlog including refinement with scrum team.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to teams in India, Canada, and the United States.
  • Embraces change, challenges norms with innovative ideas, and demonstrates consistent initiative.
  • Live in Mexico.
  • Desirable experience in e-commerce.
