Estamos contratando: Product Manager – Alta Especialidad (CDMX)

En Ipsen México, buscamos un Product Manager para liderar la estrategia integral de una marca de alta especialidad, actuando como dueño del negocio y generando impacto real en pacientes y resultados. Serás responsable de transformar insights en decisiones estratégicas, coordinar equipos multifuncionales y asegurar una ejecución impecable.

Lo que harás

• Definir y liderar la estrategia de marca basada en análisis profundo de mercado y desempeño.
• Diseñar e implementar planes de marketing multicanal y coordinar iniciativas clave.
• Liderar lanzamientos y presentar avances a liderazgo senior.
• Gestionar stakeholders (Ventas, Medical, Access, Finance, agencias) para asegurar excelencia en ejecución.

Lo que buscamos

• Experiencia liderando marcas en la industria farmacéutica de alta especialidad.
• Fuerte capacidad analítica y pensamiento estratégico.
• Experiencia en proyectos estratégicos, lanzamientos y trabajo con liderazgo senior.
• Inglés avanzado.
