We are looking for a senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of PALL products. This role is responsible for translating market demands, customer needs, and technological opportunities into commercially successful product solutions.

The successful candidate will own the product roadmap from concept through launch and end-of-life, working closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service teams. He/She will conduct market and competitor analysis, define product positioning and value propositions, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Strong collaboration with global stakeholders and customers is essential to drive requirements definition and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities include developing business cases, managing pricing and margin structures, supporting key customer engagements, and providing sales and marketing enablement. The PM will monitor product performance using KPIs and continuously improve offerings based on data, feedback, and industry trends.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial or B2B product management, a strong technical background, commercial sense and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills are required to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
