• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.

• Turn insights from users, data, and internal stakeholders into a clear, actionable product roadmap.

• Write clear product specs, define user stories, and manage the backlog.

• Collaborate daily with engineering and design to ship simple, high-impact features.

• Work cross-teams with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth launches and feedback loops.

• Track product metrics, run experiments, and use data to inform decisions.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in early-stage startups.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B features in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with product metrics.

• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

• Self-starter attitude: You take ownership and don’t wait for permission.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Linear, June, or other product analytics tools.
