What you'll be doing

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing our payment product and delivering impactful solutions for users by analyzing product usage, defining new features, and ensuring clear requirements for the Engineering team. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Analyze product usage – To optimize existing features based on data-driven insights derived from user behavior and performance metrics.

• Define new features – By monitoring user feedback from various channels and evaluating potential requirements to address unmet needs and market opportunities.

• Evangelize processes – By advocating for proper internal request methods and thorough documentation to ensure efficient and clear communication across teams.

• Write user stories – To ensure clarity and completeness of requirements for the tech team, facilitating the development of user-centric features.

• Remove blockers – By helping your team anticipate and eliminate obstacles in development processes, ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience – 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner with proven experience in developing and launching products within highly regulated sectors (Fintech, Banking..).

• Regulatory & Compliance Expertise – Strong understanding of the Italian regulatory landscape. You have a track record of launching products from scratch while navigating high-impact compliance requirements and working closely with Legal and Compliance teams.

• Collaborative attitude – Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Business stakeholders, Compliance).

• Technical acumen – Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Product evaluation skills – Ability to assess new products and services and measure their potential value.

• Language proficiency – You are fluent in Italian and English.
