Our Legal Data Intelligence platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Permissions Platform team, responsible for shaping how access, authorization, and trust are managed across Relativity’s cloud platform. This role is ideal for a product manager who enjoys working on foundational platform capabilities, thrives in ambiguity, and understands how technical decisions translate into customer value at scale.
In this role, you will own problems across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery working closely with engineering, architecture, and design. You will develop deep empathy for both internal and external customers, including developers building on top of Relativity, and use that understanding to define clear outcomes, prioritize effectively, and guide execution. Success requires strong communication skills, comfort influencing without authority, and the ability to balance long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery.
As part of the Permissions Platform, you will help evolve core capabilities that enable secure, flexible, and scalable access control across Relativity’s ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product areas to ensure permissions are intuitive for users, extensible for developers, and aligned with cloud and data security best practices. You will use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to validate that solutions solve the right problems and deliver measurable impact.
This role offers the opportunity to work on critical platform infrastructure that directly impacts every Relativity customer and product team.
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Owns product strategy, roadmap, and goals.
Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate clear long-term product vision.
Communicate product vision and achieve buy in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
Justify Roadmaps with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence.
Able to set leading indicators of product health and project success; drives tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting.
Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions.
Engage in exploratory technical design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions.
Regularly communicate product roadmap value to internal and external customers, with the ability to speak in-depth technically and from a business point of view.
Thinks outside the box to develop solutions customers haven’t even considered. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for getting results. Responsible for developing plans to drive the expected outcome.
Work collaboratively with technical design and development to validate direction and solutions.
Work with product marketing on go to market strategies.
Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change.
Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication.
Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events.
Successfully build consensus and influence others without authority during day-to-day operations.
In the spirit of continuous improvement, provide high quality, direct feedback to peers on both core values and work product.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a Math related discipline
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Knowledge and experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback.
Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives with meticulous attention to detail in the creation and iteration of work
Excellent communications, facilitation and analysis skills coupled with strong business and technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated capability to take ownership
Strong understanding of technical solutions
2 years of related experience working within a cloud or API-focused environment
Experience in building the right data integrations and visualization to enable business and operational decisions
Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, UX/UI and other stakeholders
History of working with OKRs (or other outcome-based frameworks) that prioritizes outcomes over feature lists

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
216 000 and 324 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
