We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead and innovate in managing the full lifecycle of our digital products. This role involves crafting strategic roadmaps, deeply understanding user needs through diligent research, and leading a team of developers and designers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving multiple products from conception to launch, adept at iterating based on real user feedback, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop clear, actionable roadmaps that articulate the long-term vision and immediate plans for our products.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a squad consisting of developers, project managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Data-Driven Management: Define and track success metrics for product initiatives, guiding the team toward achieving key performance indicators and business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across and outside the organization to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles.
- Discovery & Experimentation: A track record of running lean experiments and working through ambiguity to validate ideas early.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality.
- Robust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Proficient in agile project management, ensuring flexible and efficient product development processes.
- User-Centric Design Understanding: Deep knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in product-focused companies, dealing with products at various stages of their lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest product development technologies, particularly in AI and responsive design.
