- Serve as the program executive and trusted advisor for Commercial Workday engagements across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, technology, professional services, retail, distribution, and other commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and other business leaders.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to align transformation objectives with organizational goals, growth strategies, and business priorities.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively recommend solutions that drive operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, financial performance, and long-term business value.
- Lead executive steering committees and governance discussions while providing strategic direction and executive-level communication.

- Partner with Huron Managing Directors and Principals to serve as the Delivery Leader for large-scale Workday transformation programs, including implementation, optimization, expansion, and post-production support engagements.

- Guide delivery teams through strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, organizational change management, and issue resolution.
- Champion Huron implementation methodologies, delivery standards, and Commercial industry leading practices.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $227,500 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
