At Elucid, Product Management defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovations that transform patient outcomes. As a Product Manager, you'll clarify product vision and drive development priorities within our agile teams, steering initiatives from initial concept through successful launch. Your technical background in medical imaging and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships will enable collaboration with our engineers to scope features and partnership across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure everything we build delivers real value to physicians and their patients.
The ideal candidate will have:- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably working with Medical Device or Medical Imaging. AI/ML products experience is a plus.
- Prior experience at a startup or small organization strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and comfortability with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of modern, agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to condense highly complex technical topics into concise, clear direction in both written and verbal communications.
- Define product requirements by synthesizing customer needs, market research, and competitive insights.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- This role is based out of our office in Boston, MA. For local candidates, we operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration. Candidates outside of the Boston area are invited to apply as fully-remote employees.
- The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $135,000-$160,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.
