KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.
[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
We are looking for a Product Manager who also carries Producer responsibilities to drive feature strategy, execution, and live operations for BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). You will play a central role in shaping India-facing features, collaboration mechanics, user growth initiatives, and seamless live-ops delivery.This is a hybrid role that requires strong product thinking and hands-on production ownership, working closely with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, publishing, data, QA, and external partners.
[Responsibilities]
- Act as Product Manager, define and manage the roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, and engagement loops.
- Write clear PRDs, set success metrics, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Act as feature producer: plan sprints, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead live-ops execution, including events, content updates, reward systems, and real-time issue handling.
- Drive user growth, onboarding, retention, and monetization improvements for the Indian market.
- Collaborate with central teams, external partners, and marketing on feature launches and IP tie-ups.
- Analyze player data and market trends to optimize features and event performance.
[Qualification]
- 4–7 years in mobile gaming product management or production.
- Strong understanding of F2P systems, live-ops, and mobile game KPIs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, and data.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Available for International travel and work with cross-continent teams
- Passion for shooter games & Indian mobile gaming trends.
