The Opportunity 

 

We currently have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis. 

 

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, core focus of the role is to have high-visibility position, responsible for driving brand growth in Thailand. Key duties include developing and executing marketing strategies, brand plans, promotional programs, communications, and new product development. The role also involves managing budgets and forecasts to achieve financial and market share targets, leveraging consumer insights, and monitoring portfolio performance against local competition to adjust strategies for maximum impact. 

 

Key accountabilities and performance indicators include: 

 

  • Deliver Business Objectives: Achieve annual gross sales, EBITA, growth targets, and agreed market share through effective portfolio management, pricing strategies, and inventory coordination.
  • Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Prepare annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts; manage A&P to ensure positive ROI; lead ATL/BTL and digital marketing campaigns aligned with regional guidelines; ensure compliance with marketing codes and regulations.
  • Drive Consumer-Centric Initiatives: Keep patient/consumer insights at the core of all activities; leverage data and best practices to create impactful marketing programs and promotional strategies.
  • Market & Portfolio Optimization: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity; identify opportunities and portfolio gaps; support BD/NPD initiatives and launch plans; develop relationships with KOLs and HCPs to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to foster open communication, idea generation, and synergy; provide stakeholders with product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze brand performance using various tools; prepare business reports, sales estimates, and special analyses for management; ensure timely adjustments to strategies based on insights.

 

About You 

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following  

  • Education & Experience: Recognized university degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years in marketing management; FMCG skincare, consumer healthcare experience is an advantage.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven success in brand management and development; skilled in multi-channel marketing (ATL/BTL, digital), KOL/HCP engagement, and evaluating NPD/BD opportunities; creative in developing competitive strategies and products.
  • Strategic & Communication Skills: Strong understanding of business strategy, planning, and budgeting; ability to manage projects, set KPIs, and coordinate resources; excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills; fluent in English and Thai; proficient in MS Office and NIQ.
