About the role
Help transform mental healthcare for millions of kids nationwide as Marble's next product leader. We're looking for a world-class PM to architect and scale our patient experience. Working with a cross-functional team of engineering, operations, and design teammates, you'll own Marble's patient interface at every step of the patient journey, from conversion, to retention, to outcomes. This role sits at the heart of Marble's mission to build a new mental healthcare system for kids, so if you are an ambitious product leader motivated by hard problems and real-world impact, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
  • Architect beautiful patient products that create access to quality care today
    • Patient conversion - onboarding, triage, and care matching
    • Patient retention - engagement, support, and re-routing
    • Patient outcomes - measuring and reporting patient therapeutic progress
  • Deploy AI to unlock a new therapy paradigm tomorrow
    • Patient interaction - we see an opportunity for AI to amplify our therapists' impact, and to reach kids between sessions when they need it most. And we believe that our model - which brings schools, therapists, payers, and patients onto a single operating system for the first time - uniquely positions us to realize this opportunity. As the PM of our patient experience, you'll shepherd this vision into reality.

Qualifications
Requirements
  • 6+ years in product management roles, including consumer-facing
  • Experience building products 0→1, and scaling products 1→10
  • NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo office 2+ days/week

Bonus
  • Prior startup or early-stage experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior AI product experience
  • Prior experience in the healthtech space

Marble Health is building the operating system for youth mental health. A platform that connects schools, therapists, health plans, and families - who all have incentives to provide truly effective care to kids struggling with their mental health. Our mission is simple but ambitious: make it dramatically easier for young people to get the mental health care they need, and provide the products that make that care truly effective - ultimately enabling a happier & healthier generation of young people.

Families, who are being devastated by this crisis; Schools, whose budgets are being affecting; Therapists, who want to help but struggle with the complexities of our healthcare system; and Insurance payers, who are paying the price when kids don't receive care. And we're not stopping there. We're also defining the new era of behavioral healthcare with AI at the center. We’re creating what we think of as a “therapist Ironman suite” — a set of AI-powered tools, support systems, coaching, and resources that make clinicians better at their work. We’re building AI capabilities to elevate care quality at scale, from assisting with documentation to providing real-time guidance during sessions. We’re exploring how AI can act as a therapy copilot for students themselves, giving them resources and support between sessions.

By pairing a connected care network with cutting-edge AI, we’re aiming to set a new standard for how mental health care is delivered.

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We have a hybrid model, with most of the team based out of NYC. We believe an in person presence is crucial to team culture, but also prioritize flexibility. Employees in NYC come into the office ~3 days a week, and we have regular team onsites.
