About The Role - As a Product Manager, you will drive on our agentic AI portfolio of products — building solutions that transform how enterprises operate and deliver delightful customer experiences. This highly cross-functional and customer-facing role blends product thinking, vision and deep technology expertise. You are a creative, pragmatic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, rolls up your sleeves to build, and excels at turning ambiguity into execution.In this role, you’ll work closely with product, engineering,GTM and the company leadership to shape the future of our portfolio of products.
What We’re Looking For -
. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field
. 2-5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, Customer Success or as founderDeep technical acumen in Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, applied Machine Learning, and Conversational AI
. Curiosity with a strong bias for action. Experience leading customer relationships and translating complex deployments into scalable product solutions
.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
.Strong collaboration with engineering, ML, data science & GTM teams.
.Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environmentExperience working with teams in other time zones.

.B2B ExperienceHands on experience with AI productivity tools
.Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment

.Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations
