We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Product Department.
Role overview
As a Product Manager, you’ll help shape the product’s direction and drive its growth. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to turn customer needs and business goals into product improvements, from initial ideas through to launch.
You’ll use customer feedback, market insights, and product data to decide what to build next, measure what’s working, and find new opportunities to improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy in line with overall company goals, with a focus on sustainable product growth.
- Market Research: Research customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for product development and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to take product initiatives from idea to launch.
- Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.
- Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product KPIs to understand performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Awareness: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support informed product decisions.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV, and other product metrics.
- Experimentation: Experience planning and running A/B tests and using data to make informed product decisions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and their impact on product development.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, balance different interests, and make decisions when priorities conflict.
- Language Skills: English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
