We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to help define and execute the product roadmap for new expansion opportunities at ClassPass.  

ClassPass’s mission is to motivate people to live inspired lives every day by introducing and seamlessly connecting them to soul-nurturing experiences. As ClassPass expands into new markets and categories, this role will directly support the foundational systems, consumer UX and partner business needs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designer, and research to scope and execute highest ROI product opportunities.   
  • Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of the squad roadmap 
  • Launch and optimize consumer and business-facing features  
  • Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization, seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback. 
  • Be the voice of the customer: lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other consumer and partner touchpoints.  
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform key product decisions that address user needs. 

Who you are: 

  • You are a product manager with a track record of shipping impactful, well-loved web and mobile products with knowledge of the underlying data systems. You can effectively map processes, identify improvements, and manage complex, cross-org projects.  
  • You’re experienced with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively with full stack product teams. 
  • You are technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built (APIs, system connections, database schemas) and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data. 
  • You have a proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner 
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguity, frequently seeking new data & learnings to inform how to achieve the maximum ROI 
  • You have strong product intuition based on experience, but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data.   
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in product management.
