WHAT YOU'LL DO
NPS Prism is seeking a Product Manager who will own the definition and delivery of analytics- and primary-research–based products, including AI-enabled capabilities, that directly drive NPS Prism’s growth over the next five years.. This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who thrives as an individual contributor, brings a strong customer-first mindset, and can work effectively across cross-functional teams across geographies to take products from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product development across the full lifecycle: ideation, discovery, scoping, prioritization, build, launch, and post-launch iteration
Lead new product development efforts to create new analytics and primary research products, including AI-enabled capabilities, aligned to long-term NPS Prism growth
Own product strategy and roadmap decisions for your product area, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Apply a customer point of view, working backwards from customer needs, pain points, and use cases to define product requirements
Identify, size, and prioritize product opportunities, making explicit tradeoffs and recommendations backed by customer insight and data
As the product owner, collaborate closely with engineering, data science, commercial, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products
Actively unblock challenges across teams, balancing speed, quality, and scope
Define and own success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, revenue impact), and use them to guide prioritization and iteration.
Stay current on trends in analytics, AI, research methodologies, and market needs to inform product strategy
This role is designed for a Product Manager who wants meaningful ownership, exposure to complex customer problems, and the opportunity to grow into a senior product leader over time.
ABOUT YOU
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a closely related role
Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required for this role
Demonstrated experience delivering products across the full development spectrum, from concept to launch
Strong customer-centric mindset with experience working backwards from user needs
Experience building or managing analytics-driven, research-based, and/or AI-enabled data products, including working with engineering, data science, commercial and/or operations team members
Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor with ownership mindset, influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
Strong data analysis skills (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work across geographies and cultures and communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with B2B SaaS, data platforms, analytics products, or research-based offerings
Experience with primary research and/or survey methodology
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG applications, etc.) and their application in customer insights or analytics products
Experience in top tier strategy consulting
Experience managing junior team members
