To further our mission, we are in search of a Product Manager who excels at navigating the intersection of technology and business, guiding our ventures from ideation to market success with a focus on technical excellence and innovation.
As Product Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for our prototype and portfolio companies, translating complex technical concepts into compelling product strategies that meet market needs and drive innovation.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities that align with our strategic goals and customer demands.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless development and launch of products. Act as the pivotal link between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the B2B SaaS space, informing product development and positioning.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product enhancements and new feature development.
Requirements
- Experience working at a tech startup.
- A creative and strategic thinker with software product development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong communication (English) and leadership skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on analytics.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
