Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing product features from requirements gathering through release to customers and beyond. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized and passionate about user experience and getting things done quickly and efficiently.
 

Primary Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end product life cycle from ideation, strategy, feasibility study, stakeholder buy-in, execution, launch and support. 

  • Translate complex processes into complete solutions requirements, user stories, workflows, automation, and intuitive user experience  

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, support, customer success daily on feature requests, benchmarks, dev updates. 

  • Work with UI/UX to develop an understanding of improving use experience by conducting user research, data analysis, and usability testing to create actionable product features. 

  • Work with marketing and sales to support: press release, product launch, campaign, webinars, blogs, tech briefs, product demos, interviews at events, trade shows, expos. 

  • Manage feature backlog prioritization and sprint planning based on customer need and product roadmap 

  • Attend and participate in daily stand-up meetings with development team and be the expert for requirements/feature-related questions 

  • Collaborate with partners across the organization, communicate product vision, understand and prioritize market needs and analyze competitive products  

  • Understand and represent user needs. 

  • Report on the status of sprints, releases and product success metrics 

  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses. 

Working Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, business management, or related field 

  • 7-10 years of product management experience in a high growth B2B tech company  

  • Demonstrable knowledge of PDLC management 

  • CRM, CPQ or sales related products is a plus 

  • Product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to solve challenging user and business needs  

  • Ability to assess the impact of a feature on end-users and the platform it's being built for 

  • Experience in making tradeoff decisions when timeline, specs, and/or budget don't align 

  • Experience defining metrics and data analysis to make product and strategic decisions 

  • Agile/Scrum experience in partnerships with engineering teams. Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus 

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment 

  • Excellent organization and communication skills 

  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis competency 

  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams to deliver successful and scalable outcomes on schedule with high quality 

  • Direct experience in the Telecom industry a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation based on your background and level of experience with the opportunity for career advancement in a rapidly growing SaaS company. Compensation ranges from $130,000 - $150,000 USD.  We also offer a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision; unlimited vacation; 401K; and further employer covered benefits.
