As a Technical Product Manager at Oasis Security, you’ll lead strategic product initiatives in the identity security space. You’ll own the roadmap and execution from concept to launch, ensuring that what we build delivers real value to our users.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background in engineering or research who are eager to transition into or grow, while having a strong technical fluency, structured thinking, and passion for building outstanding products.

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities—especially APIs, integrations, and developer workflows
• Talk to users and customers to understand use cases, pain points, and opportunities
• Analyze feedback, product telemetry, and stakeholder input to guide priorities
• Define and track KPIs around adoption, time-to-value, and product quality
• Write PRDs and specs that distill problems, use cases, and trade-offs clearly
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize with urgency and clarity
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver secure, performant solutions
• Partner with go-to-market teams to support launch, adoption, and enablement
  

• Strong technical foundation in engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, security, or research
• Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down logically, and propose actionable solutions
• A deep curiosity for how systems work and a drive to simplify complexity
• Proven ability to execute cross-functional projects under constraints
• Excellent collaboration skills, you work across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership with confidence and empathy
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English
  

• Experience in a product management role - especially in security or technical platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and identity governance
• Hands-on experience launching features end-to-end
• Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience

Background in non-human identity domains (e.g., PAM, IGA, machine/service identities)
