About You

You are a driven and strategic Product Manager, ideally with experience in a SaaS product company. You have a deep understanding of billing platforms and pricing engines, with a proven ability to align product vision with market needs and customer satisfaction. You possess a strong product sense, particularly in B2B and enterprise software platforms, and have a solid grasp of billing concepts and Accounts Receivable (AR)  processes.

You excel at collaborating across various teams; engineering, product marketing, sales, and support to ensure product-market fit and customer success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly detail-oriented, and are passionate about delivering innovative product solutions. Most importantly, you’re excited to drive the vision and execution of key billing platform capabilities that support leading software providers like Microsoft, Adobe, Google, and AWS.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• Drive Vision: Lead the strategy for AppDirect's billing platform capabilities, focusing on credits and customer balances.
• Drive the vision for AppDirect's pricing engine that supports our billing engine and our major software providers like Microsoft, Adobe, Google and AWS.
• Champion Pricing Enhancements: Develop and refine our pricing engine to support our billing system and major software partners.
• Work closely with Tech leadership on tight alignment and prioritization across multiple product launches and programs.
• Work closely with Engineering to bring this vision and roadmap to execution
• Work closely with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales and Consulting teams to align our vision with market needs and ensure product-market fit
• Work closely with support and account management teams to ensure customers are delighted using our products
• Work closely with wider Product team and Product leadership team on product operations for a continuously improving Product function at AppDirect

What we're looking for

• 4-6 years experience in a Product Management Role at a SaaS Product Company preferred
• Understanding and comfort in working in an API-first approach, and comfort in discussions around system architecture
• GraphQL experience is a strong plus
• Experience with a Billing platform highly preferred
• Strong Product Sense on B2B and Enterprise software platforms
• Strong understanding of billing concepts, AR tools and processes
• Strong familiarity with pricing engines for software, hardware and infrastructure technology products
