About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. You'll work alongside some of the most talented engineers in legaltech to deliver a world-class product to customers and drive our product roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of GTM, sales, and engineering, requiring exceptional cross-functional communication skills to translate complex requirements between stakeholders while maintaining alignment with company goals.

You'll be responsible for prioritizing and triaging product requests, managing the roadmap with precision, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments where they can balance competing priorities while fostering strong relationships across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products

• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on B2B products

• Exceptional prioritization and project management skills and ability to manage competing demands across stakeholders

• Trusted executive partnership

• Willingness to engage directly with clients to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product decisions

• Data-driven approach to product decisions with strong analytical skills

• Outstanding cross-functional communication abilities - adept at translating complex technical concepts to business teams and vice versa

• Track record of building consensus around product decisions in complex environments

• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: fintech, legal tech, enterprise software, or healthcare

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or related field

• Experience with AI/ML products or natural language processing technologies

• Familiarity with legal or financial document workflows and pain points

• Experience building a 0-10 product function in an early stage startup or previous Founding PM experience
