JOB DESCRIPTION:Product Manager ADC

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT - Diabetes Division
LOCATION - Alfragide/Portugal
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Product Manager is responsible for assisting the development of strategies and the implementation of tactics, via the sales force and other mediums for ADC products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop marketing plans for new and existing products, including advertising plans.
• Conduct market research and evaluate market needs.
• Coordinate information and activities on products.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes.
• Prepare sales, production, and expense forecasts and develops the sales plan for the product(s).
• Develops appropriate sales promotion materials for the sales force.
• Implements marketing plans by training the sales force.
• Analyze customer needs:
o Design project
o Define ADC solutions
o Ensure the correct feedback to top managers in order to monitoring this high strategic business.
• Travels in the field to gain market knowledge and competitive intelligence through fieldwork.
• Identify potential new products or improvements.
• Monitor new product development through design, clinical trials, and market entry.
• Build professional relationships with external consultants, opinion leaders, and key decision-makers.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or Marketing
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting In Vitro and Medical Devices.
• 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the industry.
• Preferred: Previous sales experience in ADC and knowledge in diabetes.
• Strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and ability to multi-task.
• Computer literate (Excel/PowerPoint/CoPilot).
• Strong leadership competencies and interpersonal relations.
• High stress tolerance and decision-making ability.
• Integrity, initiative, and adaptability.
• Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
