Your Arena

As a Product Manager at Chargeflow, you will be at the epicenter of product development and strategy. With end-to-end responsibility for the product life cycle and growth, your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the company's future.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless roadmap execution and prioritization.
  • Data-Driven Experimentation: Design and implement experiments to validate product hypotheses. Utilize data to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth and innovation.
  • Strategic Ownership: Align and maintain the product strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring it meets both user needs and business goals.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with the Engineering team to define product workflows and specifications. Own and manage a continuously updated product requirements document, and make informed tradeoff decisions when needed.
  • Discovery & Delivery: Proactively discover and validate new features and enhancements based on user feedback and market demands, while ensuring their timely and efficient delivery to market.
  • Communication Excellence: Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels across departments.
  • Internal Evangelism: Champion the product's vision and strategy across the organization, particularly among key stakeholders, to underscore its significance in driving company growth and maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Market and User Research: Work alongside the Marketing team to conduct comprehensive market research, and engage in user research activities to continuously refine the product's value proposition.



Requirements

What It Takes:

  • 3+ Years of Product Management experience - Must
  • B2B Expertise: Must have experience working with B2B clients, and understanding their unique needs and challenges - Must
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical abilities are required for making data-informed decisions, validating hypotheses, and interpreting outcomes - Must
  • Experience in fintech OR fraud management - Strong Advantage
  • Fast-Paced Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic SaaS startup environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of product life cycle management are essential.
  • Technical Acumen: A strong technical background with an understanding of relevant technologies and processes is required.
  • Mission-Driven Passion: A strong desire to make a significant impact in the e-world is a must-have.
  • Team Synergy: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for effective teamwork.
