The Role

THE TEAM

Our R&D team is responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the internal products that power our business. As a B2B company specializing in second-hand luxury items, we rely on technology to optimize every stage of our operations, from buying and inbound logistics to selling and post-sales support.

THE ROLE

As an Integrations Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of API integrations across marketplaces, ERPs, and third-party tools. You will work closely with engineering, business development, and partners to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient integrations. Additionally, you will oversee the migration of our legacy API structure to the new product stack, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and own the API integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Lead the migration of legacy API structures to the new product stack, ensuring stability and continuity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and refine integration requirements.
  • Work with external marketplace partners and third-party providers (ERPs, market solutions) to establish and optimize API connections.
  • Improve the developer experience for clients integrating with our API (documentation, sandbox environments, versioning strategy).
  • Monitor and improve integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Support legacy API requests during the transition phase while minimizing long-term dependencies.
  • Drive automation and self-service initiatives to streamline partner onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketplace requirements, and API best practices.
  • Define and track key success metrics for integrations, including uptime, API response times, and adoption rates.
  • Support sales and customer success teams by providing technical insights on API capabilities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in API-driven platforms, B2B SaaS, or marketplace/ERP integrations
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working closely with engineering teams
  • Data driven mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to work with external partners and internal teams
  • Problem solving oriented and strong communication skills (English is mandatory)
  • Flexibility and continuous improvement mindset
