Our Product Manager will be an integral part of our global Product Managers team. This role is based remotely in North America.

The Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our product offerings and guiding strategic investments to address customer needs and market opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, leverage data to inform decisions, and deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for a mid-level Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will apply your technical understanding and customer focus to drive product enhancements, define solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

We are seeking candidates who have experience building products for B2B customers, particularly in technical domains.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and users to identify key problems and opportunities to address.
  • Define and maintain a clear strategy and roadmap for the area that you are responsible for with measurable objectives that align with company goals.
  • Build product requirements that reflect customer needs and drive phased, iterative delivery with a focus on superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and leadership, to align product development with strategic goals and go-to-market.
  • Drive, track, and communicate progress against plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities driven by market trends, customer feedback, or business needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain market awareness to ensure sustained product differentiation.
  • Verify readiness of features for release, ensuring high quality and value for customers.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles, building and delivering B2B products, ideally in a technical space..
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps tools, observability platforms, containerization, or related technical areas.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure product performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategies, decisions, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Experience managing competing priorities, making data-informed decisions, and driving consensus in fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
