The Opportunity:

The Product Manager, will be responsible for managing a product or components of a product, analyzing complex problems, understanding the product life cycle, defining execution roadmaps, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. With a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills, you will play a crucial role in driving critical issues to closure and ensuring the success of our products in the marketplace.

  • Manage projects and tasks assigned following processes established as part of Product Operations team.
  • Provide input for opportunities to improve overall success of the Product Management organization.
  • Advocate for adherence to Product Standards to assigned product lines. This can include overseeing a team’s ability to manage inbound requests, ability to adhere to Product Lifecycle standards, and/or utilization of Aha according to defined best practices. This may include tracking and reporting Product Management specific metrics.
  • Participate and lead when needed in product centric best practices initiatives Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve product adoption through utilization of tools such as: digital adoption, job-aids, tutorials, and user guides. Support the creation and review product communications such as Release Bulletins, Product Spotlights, and other internal communications for clarity and accuracy Serve as a trusted partner with end users, managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and business needs.
  • Analyze problems using both your business and technical expertise, relying on data and market research to support decision making.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership by driving critical issues to closure and ensuring the successful execution of projects and processes.
  • Understand the product in relation to other company products and the competition in the marketplace.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify trends and analyze data to support fact-based business decisions.
  • Use data, policies, and practices to help influence product strategy and define the execution roadmap.
  • Gather, document, and validate product and business requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation plans to ensure successful product launches.
  • Operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements Understand and apply value prioritization techniques, tracking product metrics to measure success.
  • Stay informed about technology trends and tools that can support or improve the product.
  • Lead through influence, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals

Job Experience

  • People Leadership Experience 3 to 5 Years

Desired Education Education Level Preferred Area of Study

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Computer Science
  • Other Preferred Knowledge,
  • Skills and Abilities • 3-5 years experience working with Agile product development teams and shipping products with condensed timeframes as Product Manager or Product/System/Business Analyst role
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare field Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
  • Experience working within product lifecycle frameworks.
  • Product Management, Agile, or related certification Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts (such as product hierarchy, user stories, backlog refinement) • Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end iterative development life cycle • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Outstanding organizational skills • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, and effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises; understanding of how and when to escalate issues to the appropriate levels within the organization • Experience in healthcare technology or EMR system integrations a plus
