About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Atlassian Adoption Initiative. You will drive the integration and optimization of Atlassian tools, shaping product strategy, and managing the end-to-end implementation process. This role is pivotal in enhancing our project management and collaboration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Value Proposition Development:
- Develop and communicate value propositions for Atlassian products.
- Craft and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Product Management:
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development and implementation.
- Define and track performance metrics for product success.
- Jira Migration:
- Lead and manage Jira migration processes.
- Develop comprehensive migration plans and provide necessary training and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather requirements, provide updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Value Propositions and Strategy:
- Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies.
- Strong ability to create compelling value propositions.
- Product Management:
- Extensive experience in product management.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Atlassian Product Experience:
- Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Confluence, Jira, and PPM tools.
- Jira Migration:
- Hands-on experience with Jira migration projects.
