As a Product Manager at Augury, you will ensure our customers and internal users (Customer Success & Reliability Managers) receive exceptional service and experience.
You will be responsible for shaping and driving a joint vision with our CSM & RSM teams, creating creative, simplified, and scalable user experiences that result in high-quality, scalable customer relationships and our product value metrics that are aligned with our product and company’s strategy.

A Day In Your Life

  • Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our B2B SAAS solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive internal users, customer & market research to understand customer needs, and capture new opportunities in the industrial analytics space.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product performance metrics to assess success and inform future product strategies.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to prioritize and design product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, customer service, marketing, and sales, to gather insights, align on key metrics, and form a joint product and customer experience strategy.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception and development to launch and post-launch evaluation, including beta testing and gathering customer feedback.

What You Bring

  • Leadership: You are a go-getter motivated to achieve results and deliver impact. You quickly develop creative solutions to big tech problems. You are experienced in driving cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders from organizations across the company. You have an established background in driving clarity in highly ambiguous technical environments.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of product management experience - ideally B2B SAAS.
    You are a product manager with a passion for UX, people, business, and data. You led product discovery of customer or business problems and know how to translate them into product requirements that Engineering can understand. 
  • UX taste: You have a sense of “right” from “wrong” when it comes to UX, and you could push your team to deliver great user experience, in a complex tech product. You have experience creating user-centered products that delight and engage users.
  • Stakeholder Management: You have experience managing stakeholder relationships and achieving internal alignment while avoiding “design by committee” situation. You can work in a transparent way, and communicate with the organization regarding your priorities, and the paths you’ve chosen. 
  • Analytical Skills: You are data-driven and experienced in using analytics to inform product strategy and tactics. You have excellent prioritization skills and the ability to break down complex problems into small pieces that can drive impact.
