Job Description
The Product Manager will manage our pancake compressors and combo kit portfolio, which are branded under MAT brands (Campbell Hausfeld®, Powermate®, Proforce®, Industrial Air®), licensed brands (DEWALT®, Craftsman®, Porter Cable®), and private labels and sold at home centers, hardware storesl distributors across North America.
This is a dynamic position reporting to the VP of Marketing. The ideal Product Manager candidate needs to be motivated, organized, and a self-starter. This position will be required to be on-site in our Manufacturing Facility in Jackson, TN.
Principle Responsibilities
- Work closely with key Marketing, Engineering, and Operations resources focused on creating, qualifying, and positioning products
- Develop, communicate, and manage the strategic category plan to ensure competitive costs, high quality, and timely project completion.
- Be adept in launching products from conception to production.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive analysis to support marketing objectives
- Conduct research to better understand end-user needs and determine product acceptance
- Support product line reviews, key account meetings, trade shows, customer visits, & internal training

Education/Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management launching products from conception to production.
- Require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Solid computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
