Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will support our core Reputation Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate business requirements for supported product

• Conduct market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers

• In coordination with leadership the ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts

• Work closely with designers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs

• Create and present developer-facing work products (e.g. taxonomies, navigation, page flows)

• Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication

• Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs)

• Additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in business or technical field

• 2+ years in product management with a track record for launching successful v1.0 enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases

• Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
