Job Description Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for assessing, evaluating, coordinating, and integrating the various stages of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution. This role serves as a central hub, aligning the product’s development with strategic inputs from across the organization and ensuring that all functional contributions cohere into a comprehensive product strategy. OSV provides BPaaS solutions, so the Product manager will need to solution across technology, operations, and partner teams. After that, they will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, sales, and external partners, to deliver outstanding customer-centric products and services.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
- Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
- Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out.
- Oversee product-related deliverables, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures.
- Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Systems, preferably Workday.
- Knowledge of the Leave Administration landscape, with a focus on supporting both paid and unpaid leaves.
- Proficiency in basic data modeling, JSON, and XML.
- Working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases.
- Understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting.
