Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and value creation through digital transformation within the organization by understanding business goals, current processes, constraints, customer journeys and business roadmaps.
  • Take end to end ownership and management of Digital Solutions.
  • Interacts with the business to gather, understand, and document business needs and requirements on projects; analyses process documents, workflows, conducts workshops & surveys.
  • Works with system architects and business partners to identify technical solutions for business process improvements that are in line with business strategy.
  • Document scope including conceptual design, business, and quality requirements.
  • Provide solution to requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data sciences, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage with customers & partner with internal stakeholders (Operations) to prioritize, drive, and implement the product evolution.
  • Establish key success metrics for the product and its features and measure them post-launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.
  • Leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) Bock Chain, Mobility, Cloud etc. to solve business problems.
  • Facilitate ideation, collaboration and knowledge management between stakeholders and external partners to enhance business value

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Degree/ MBA from Tier 1 Institutes
Minimum work experience: 6+ years of Experience in Product management
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

Understanding of UI/UX processes
Digital Technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, AI, IoT etc
Agile Methodologies such as Scrum

Behavioural skills

Reasoning and analytical ability 
Leadership skills
Agility and attention to detail
Good communication skills
