About the job

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring product success and alignment with business goals
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
  • Create clear and concise product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvements
  • Coordinate product launches and provide support for marketing and sales teams to ensure product success in the market
  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to balance technical and business requirements and manage trade-offs effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Living in Izmir
